Carla joined Sol Studio in 2016 and in that short time, she has added classes to the schedule by popular demand.
Her yoga classes are a mix of traditional and contemporary methods and styles to provide each student a unique experience and expose them to different types of styles. She is a firm believer in making the whole space a peaceful, stress-free environment to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit, so she also incorporates incense and diffuses essential oils during her classes. She currently teaches a mix of hatha, vinyasa, and power yoga.
Carla is also a trained dancer, specifically in flamenco, and has held a workshop at Sol Studio. She is planning to hold more workshops with us this year.
