Anna Perales

Anna joined the Sol Studio team in 2016, looking for a relaxed atmosphere she could teach her classes without a lot of outside interruption. We are so glad she found us! 

She teaches Dance Fit, a combination of dance techniques, strength training, aerobic, and cardiovascular workout all done to upbeat music. It gives her immense joy to see the progress her students make, especially as they notice how they tone up and lose weight with her classes. Their accomplishments are also hers. 

Anna has been teaching Dance Fit for several years and has gained a faithful following of students. She currently teaches classes in the morning and evenings, 5 days a week.
