  • All Capoeira and Dance Fitness classes are in-person.

  • Bel's Fitness and Pound are offered virtually.

  • All other classes are on hiatus until further notice.

  • ALL students MUST adhere to the updated guidelines below.

• Welcome Bujinkan Ninjutsu to our studio! This is a Japanese martial art. See the class description and contact Alex for more information.

• UPDATED STUDIO GUIDELINES:

  •  No more than 10 people in the studio at once, including instructors. 

  • No one is allowed to wait for others or congregate before, during, or after a class inside the studio. 

  • Everyone MUST wash their hands before and after their class.

  • Masks are at the discretion of individual instructors during class, but due to state guidance they are required as students enter and leave. 

  • If you feel sick, have a fever, or have been sick within a week of a class, please stay home and self quarantine for 14 days. 

  • If you are around elderly, anyone who is sick, or others with compromised immune systems, please stay home. 

  • Please wipe down any equipment you use at the end of class. Please bring your own yoga mats. 

  • Students are asked to bring their own water bottles, although the water fountain is working. 

  • We will be switching back to disposal paper towels but please be mindful of how much you use.  Don't be wasteful!

  • To the extent possible, try to keep 6 feet between you and others in your class.   

  • Any clothes or leftover items will be removed right away.
